摘 要:[目的]测定唑菌酯原药对大鼠的急性吸入毒性,求出半数致死浓度(LC_(50)),为急性吸入毒性分级。[方法]参照OECD化学品测试指南中急性吸入毒性试验(NO.403,2009),以SD(Sprague Dawley)大鼠为试验动物,对唑菌酯原药进行急性吸入毒性试验。[结果]唑菌酯原药对SD大鼠急性吸入毒性试验LC_(50)值:雄性137 mg/m^3(4 h),雌性195 mg/m^3(4 h)。[结论]根据全球化学品统一分类与标签制度(GHS)大鼠急性吸入毒性分级标准,唑菌酯原药急性吸入毒性为2级,该结论为唑菌酯的安全使用提供了依据。[Aims] The aims were to determine acute inhalation toxicity of pyraoxystrobin TC on rat, calculate the median lethal concentration(LC50) and the acute inhalation toxicity classification on rat. [Methods] The test method was designed according to the OECD guideline for the testing of chemicals: acute inhalation toxicity (NO.403, 2009). The study was performed to assess the acute inhalation toxicity of pyraoxystrobin TC on SD rat. [Results] The acute inhalation LC50 of pyraoxystrobin TC on SD rat was 137 mg/m3 (4 h) for male rat and 195 mg/m3 (4 h) for female rat. [Conclusions] According to the GHS classification criteria for acute inhalation toxicity, pyraoxystrobin TC should be classified as category 2. The conclusions provide the basis for safe use of pyraoxystrobin.
