清热止痒汤对慢性湿疹模型小鼠皮损疗效及炎症反应影响

摘　　要：目的:探究清热止痒汤对慢性湿疹模型小鼠皮损作用、临床疗效、耳部肿胀程度、双耳重量差、耳组织淋巴细胞数值及耳组织单核细胞数值的影响。方法:将60只小鼠随机分成3组,分别为空白组、对照组和治疗组。末次激发后连续灌饲20 d,空白组采取生理盐水灌饲,对照组采取盐酸西替利嗪溶液灌饲,治疗组采取清热止痒汤浓缩液灌饲,后将小鼠处死。对3组小鼠治疗前后皮损作用、临床疗效、耳部肿胀程度、双耳重量差、耳组织淋巴细胞数值及耳组织单核细胞数值进行分析。结果:3组小鼠治疗后的皮损作用、临床疗效、耳部肿胀程度、耳组织淋巴细胞数值及耳组织单核细胞数值皆小于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组的下降幅度最大(P<0.05),治疗后小鼠双耳重量差以治疗组最小(P<0.05)。结论:清热止痒汤对于慢性湿疹模型小鼠皮损作用、临床疗效、耳部肿胀程度、双耳重量差、耳组织淋巴细胞数值及耳组织单核细胞数值具有显著的调节作用,能够有效控制湿疹的发生发展。Objective：To explore effect of Qingre Zhiyang Decoction on chronic eczema in mice skin,clinical efficacy,ear swelling degree,weight of binaural difference and ear tissue lymphocytes numerical and ear tissue mononuclear cell values. Methods：60 mice were randomly divided into three groups：blank group,control group and treatment group. After the last challenge continuous feeding of 20 days,the blank group were treated with saline or feeding,the control group were given cetirizine hydrochloride cetirizine solution feeding,the treatment group were given Qingre Zhiyang Decoction concentrated liquid feeding. After the mice were sacrificed. Before and after the treatment,all mice in three groups of lesions,clinical efficacy,ear swelling degree,weight of binaural difference,ear tissue lymphocytes numerical and ear tissue monocyte numer were analysised. Results：After the treatment,all mice in three groups of lesions,clinical efficacy,ear swelling,ear tissue lymphocytes numerical and ear tissue mononuclear cell values were all less than that before treatment（P〈0.05）and the treatment group decreased significantly（P〈0.05）,after treatment,the weight of mice ears difference in treatment group was the smallest（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Qingre Zhiyang Decoction has significant regulatory role on chronic eczema in mice skin,clinical efficacy,ear swelling degree,weight of binaural difference,ear tissue lymphocytes numerical and ear tissue monocyte numerical,can effectively control the occurrence and development of eczema.
