针刺大杼穴治疗神经根型颈椎病60例

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺大杼穴治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:对60例神经根型颈椎病患者采用针刺大杼穴治疗进行回顾总结。结果:经5次针刺,按《中医病证诊断疗效标准》,对60例神经根型颈椎病患者采用针刺大杼穴治疗功能评定,治愈46例,显效13例,总有效率为98.33%。结论:神经根型颈椎病患者采用针刺大杼穴治疗临床疗效肯定。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Dazhu acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy. Methods：60 cases of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy treated with acupuncture point Dazhu are reviewed. Results：after five times of acupuncture,according to the standard of diagnosis and therapeutic effect of TCM,acupuncture treatment of Dazhu function was assessed with 60 cases of nerve root type cervical spondylosis patients,46 cases were cured,13 cases markedly effective,the total effective rate was 98.33%. Conclusion：Nerve root type cervical spondylosis were treated by acupuncture treatment the clinical curative effect of Dazhu certainly.
