摘 要:建立了干切金刚石圆锯片有限元分析模型,利用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench对高速旋转切削金刚石圆锯片进行应力分析。得出圆锯片在受离心力、锯切力和热载荷作用下的应力大小及分布规律。结果表明:根据第三强度理论,锯片干切时产生的应力为535 MPa,已经超出其安全许用应力,所以影响锯片寿命的最大因素是锯切热引起的热应力。离心力与锯切力共同作用时,能使径向热应力减小约3%,同时也会使切向热应力的压应力增大约0.4%。An analysis model for dry cutting saw blades was estbalished. The status of saw blade's stress was analyzed by means of finite element software ANSYS Workbench. The magnitude and distribution of the stress were concluded under the action of centrifugal force, cutting force and thermal load of the diamond saw blade. Results show that the stress produced by dry cutting is 535 MPa, which is beyond its permissible stress according to the third strength theory. Therefore, the biggest factor affecting the life of saw blade is the thermal stress caused by sawing heat. It is also found that the radial thermal stress is reduced by about 3%, and the compressive stress of the tangential thermal stress increased by about 0.4% under the combined action of the centrifugal force and cutting force.
