摘 要:为验证再生润滑油的可行性,以某公交车柴油机用15W-40润滑油为研究对象,开展润滑油使用周期内的摩擦学性能衰变评价,分析了原、再生润滑油使用过程中的承载能力、减摩抗磨能力、磨损表面形貌变化。结果表明:原15W-40润滑油、再生15W-40润滑油的承载能力、减摩抗磨能力相当;3个月使用周期内,随着使用时间的增加,原、再生润滑油的承载能力和减摩性能基本没有变化,再生润滑油第3个月使用期间的抗磨性能降低;与原15W-40润滑油比较,不同使用阶段再生15W-40润滑油润滑下的钢球磨斑形貌表面的划痕相对较宽,犁沟相对较长、较深,材料脱落的面积相对较大,再生润滑油的抗磨性能相对较差。To verify the feasibility of regenerated lubricating oils, a bus diesel engine using 15W-40 oil was used as the research object,the tribological properties i.e. carrying capacity, friction reducing and anti-wear ability, and wear surface morphology were studied during the using period of lubricating oil. The results show that the regenerated lubricating oil shows almost the same carrying capacity and friction reducing ability as the original oil.During the 3 months used cycle, along with the time, there are almost no change on the carrying capacity and the friction reducing ability of the original and the regenerated lubricating oils, but a little reduction of anti-wear ability of regenerated lubricating oil during the third using month.The wear surface of the ball lubricated by regenerated lubricating oil shows relatively long, deep furrows, relatively wide scratches, and relatively large shedding area compared to that of original 15W-40 oil during different using stage, which indicates that the regenerated lubricating oil has relatively poor anti-wear performance.
