摘 要:对扩口式管接头拧紧过程中各组件进行力学分析,分析接触面在装配过程中的接触状态。结果表明:扩口式管接头在拧紧过程中的6个接触面中,相对滑动的接触面有3个,分别是螺母与管接头之间的螺纹接触面,管套与螺母之间的环形接触面,管套与螺母之间的圆柱接触面。基于普通螺栓连接的扭拉关系,建立扩口式管接头扭拉关系的理论公式,采用六面体网格建模方法建立扩口式管接头(包含螺纹和升角)的仿真模型,并对扩口式管接头间隙及过渡2种配合形式的扭拉关系进行理论和仿真计算。结果表明:管套与螺母圆柱接触面为间隙配合时,扭拉关系理论公式的计算结果是非常准确的;管套与螺母圆柱接触面为过渡配合时,理论公式可能产生非常显著的误差,需要引入修正系数。The mechanical analysis of the various components of the flared coupling was carried out to determine the contact state of the contact surface during the tightening process. The results show that during the tightening process of flared coupling, there are three relatively sliding surfaces among six contact surfaces ,which in respect are the screw contact surface between nut and flared coupling, the ring contact surface between sleeve and nut, and the cylindrical contact surface between sleeve and nut.Based on relationship between the preload and tightening torque of common bolt connection, the theoretical formula of the relationship between the preload and tightening torque of the flared coupling was obtained. The simulation model of flared coupling (includes helix angle and thread) was set up by Hexahedral mesh modeling method, and the relationship between the preload and tightening torque of two kinds of assembly forms was studied as clearance and transition fit.The results show when the cylindrical contact surface of the sleeve and the nut is in clearance fit ,the theoretical formula of the relationship between the preload and tightening torque is very accurate.When the contact surface is in transition fit, the theoretical formula may cause significant errors, and a correction factor is required to be introduced.
