摘 要:采用大止推圈摩擦副,针对两个物体在相互摩擦过程中,材料配合的相互耦合摩擦现象进行实验研究。选取模糊聚类分析法建立计算模型,研究对摩两表面品质相似度与摩擦因数的关系。实验结果表明:两对摩表面品质的相似度与摩擦因数之间明显相关;在干摩擦试验各参数相同条件下,随着对摩表面品质相似度的增大其摩擦因数也增大。计算得到的表面相似度与摩擦因数Pearson相关性大于0.8,证明所提出的表面品质相似度计算模型的正确性。Based on the large thrust ring contact method,the friction coupling phenomenon was studied in the course of the interaction of two objects with different materials.The fuzzy clustering analysis method was selected to establish the calculation model, and the relationship between the surface quality similarity of two rub surfaces and the friction coefficient was studied.Experimental results show that the surface quality similarity of two rub surfaces and the friction coefficient is significantly correlated.The friction coefficient is increased with the increasing of surface quality similarity under the same test parameters in dry friction experiment.The Pearson' s correlation coefficient between the calculated surface quality similarity and the friction coefficient is greater than 0. 8,which indicates that the proposed surface quality similarity calculation model is correct.
