摘 要:针对伺服机构大尺寸组件密封装配环节中密封件装配质量无法实时评判的问题,提出建立密封结构装配力预测模型的方法。建立装配力有限元分析模型,分析影响装配力的关键因素,根据压装试验确定模型的具体参数。预测模型结果与实验结果趋势相同,验证预测模型的合理性。通过仿真得到密封件正常装配状态下装配力-装配路径曲线的包络范围,将其应用到伺服机构大尺寸组件密封装配工作中,将降低密封装配失效及失效带来的不利影响,有效提高密封装配可靠性和质量。A method for setting up prediction model of assembly force of seal structure was proposed to deal with the problem that the assembly quality of the sealing structure in the main parts of servo-mechanisms can' t be judged timely.A prediction model of seal structure assembly force was established, and the essential elements of assembly force were analyzed.A press fitting test was conducted to define the parameter of prediction model.The predicted results are in good agreement with the experimental results ,which verifies the rationality of the prediction model.An envelope range of the assembly force-path was obtained by simulation, and the simulation result can be used in the assembly of the sealing structure in the servo-mechanisms to reduce the damage of sealing structure, and accordingly increase the reliability and assembly quality of the sealing structure.
