摘  要:有机肥料试样经硫酸和过氧化氢消煮后过滤,过滤液分别用火焰光度法和ICP-OES法测定。结果表明,火焰光度法与ICP-OES法均能得到较好的试验结果,火焰光度法的测定值高于ICP-OES法,二者相对相差小于30%,火焰光度法和ICP-OES法的回收率分别为101.0%和99.0%,RSD分别为1.0%和0.3%,说明两种方法测定全钠具有较好的准确度和精密度,而ICP-OES法对批量样品的检测更具优势。Organic fertilizer samples were digested by sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide. Then filtrate were determinate by flame photometer and ICP-OES respectively. The results showed that flame photometer and ICP-OES could can get a better test results, Flame photometer measurement value is higher than ICP-OES method, the results of the relative difference be-tween the two methods was not more than 30%. The recovery rate of the two methods which was flame photometer and ICP-OES were 101.0% and 99.0%, RSD values were 1.0% and 0.3% respectively. Comparing the measured results showed that both methods had good accuracy and precision. The ICP-OES method had more advantages for the detection of bulk samples.
