高吸油量抗菌型电子烟用无纺布的研究与应用

摘  要:利用多巴胺原位聚合对电子烟用无纺布进行改性应用研究,探究经改性后的无纺布烟油吸附性能、力学性能及抗菌性能变化情况。结果表明,(1)经聚多巴胺改性后的电子烟用无纺布烟油吸附量比未经改善的无纺布材料烟油吸附量提升约50%,且经浓度为2 mg/m L多巴胺改性后的无纺布吸附性能最佳;(2)聚多巴胺改性后的无纺布最大拉力下降58.86%,断裂伸长率下降65.89%,对无纺布的力学性能有较大影响;(3)改性后的无纺布具有抗菌性能,针对大肠杆菌的抗菌率可达76.8%,针对金黄色链球菌抗菌率可达78.3%。After the Nonwoven cloth of electronic cigarette is modified with poly-dopamine by in-situ polymerization,its char-acters have been changed,including the Absorption capability,mechanical and antibacterial properties. The results indicated that: ①The oil absorption of the nonwoven cloth was increased 50% more than before poly-dopamine modification,which reaches the best effect when the concentration of dopamine (a.q) is 2 mg∕mL; ②The max-tension of nonwoven cloth reduces 58.86% and the max-elongation at break reduces 65.89% after modification, which demonstrates the modification could influ-ence the mechanical properties of nonwoven cloth. ③The nonwoven cloth possesses antibacterial property after modification,the inhibition rate of E. coli can reach at 76.8%,the inhibition rate of Golden streptococcus can reach at 78.3%.
