摘　　要：确保国家粮食库存数量真实、质量良好、存储安全是国家实行宏观调控的重要依据。根据2009年全国粮食清仓查库的具体内容,按照航天信息股份有限公司在全国众多粮库的成功实践,完成了基于物联网的包括粮食库存和粮食流通的编码设计、粮食作业检查、环境风险检查、数量状况检查、质量状况检查、统计账检查和会计账检查等功能的信息化建设方案总体设计。经示范证明,给出的粮食清仓查库系统方案合理可行,对全国清仓查库的信息化建设具有一定的参考价值。Insuring precise quantity, good quality and safe storage is the important basis of national macro-control. According to the national inventory of grain depots in 2009, the function design of grain coding, grain operation, environment risk, quantity status, quality status, statistical account and accounting account of grain stock and grain circulation with the suc-cessful practice have finished by Aisino of numerous grain depots all over the country based on based on epc system network. By the successful demonstration proved in more than 10 grain depots of Jiangsu province, the system scheme of the inventory of grain depots is reasonable and feasible, and has certain reference value for information construction of the national inven-tory of grain depots.
