摘　　要：赣薯3号是以甘薯[Dioscorea esculenta(Lour.)Burkill]品种苏薯17为母本,采用集团放任授粉杂交选育而成的一个淀粉型甘薯新品种,具有鲜薯产量、薯干产量和淀粉含量高,抗黑斑病和根腐病等特点。介绍了赣薯3号的选育过程、特征特性及栽培技术要点。Ganshu No.3, a new sweet potato variety, was derived from the female parent Sushu 17 by opening pollination and selection. The cultivar performed high fresh tuberous root yield, high dry matter and starh content. It was also better re-sistant to black spot and root rot. This paper introduced the breeding processing, characteristics and cultivation techniques of Ganshu No.3.
