摘　　要：从氦质谱检漏仪的检漏过程出发,通过实验讨论氦质谱检仪的清氦方式,对氦质谱检漏增加氮气清洗装置的改进,并讨论仪器的清氦过程。In this paper, from the helium mass spectrometer leak detection process, through the experimental discussion helium spectrometer helium way, while the helium mass spectrometry leak to improve the nitrogen cleaning device to improve and discuss the instrument clean helium process
