摘 要:以碳酸镁为原料,三乙醇胺和N,N'-二甲基甲酰胺为助溶剂,制备了水溶性镁基钝化剂。在微反装置上,对浸渍镁基钝化剂后LDO-75催化剂(镍负载量为10 mg/g)微反活性进行了评价;同时,在小型固定流化床装置上,对钝化剂的钝化效果也进行了评价。结果表明:以大港轻柴油为原料,在700℃,100%水蒸气老化4 h的条件下,当Mg/Ni(摩尔比)为1.0时,钝化后催化剂的微反活性较空白试样提高了约5个百分点;以重油为原料,在反应温度为500℃,空速为15 h-1,催化剂/原料油(质量比)为4的条件下,采用镁基钝化剂处理过的催化剂,与空白试样相比,产物氢气和焦炭收率分别降低了0.02,2.13个百分点;镁基钝化剂能够有效抑制镍对催化剂的污染。The water - soluble magnesium - based passivator was prepared with magnesium carbonate as raw material, triethanolamine and N, N' - dimethyl - formamide as cosolvents. The micro - ac- tivity of LDO - 75 catalyst ( nickel loading 10 mg/ g) with dipping magnesium - based passivator was evaluated in a micro - reaction unit. The passivation effect was evaluated in a small fixed fluidized bed device. The results showed that compared with blank sample, the micro -activity of passivated catalyst ( Mg to Ni mole ratio 1.0) increased about 5 percent points with Dagang light diesel oil as raw material under the condition of 100% steam aging at 700 ℃ for 4 h. Compared with the non - treated catalyst, the yield of hydrogen and coke in product redueed by 0.02,2.13 percent points respectively with heavy oil as raw material under the conditions of reaetion temperature 500℃ , space velocity 15 h -1 , catalyst to feedstock ( mass ratio) 4. The magnesium - based passivator could be effectively inhibited the pollution of Ni.
