摘  要:借助核磁共振碳谱仪(^(13)C-NMR)、凝胶渗透色谱仪(GPC)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和结晶分级仪(CRYSTAF),对中国石化茂名分公司、湖南岳阳长盛石化有限公司和新加坡聚烯烃公司生产的烟膜专用料(三者牌号依次为F 300 M,T 38 F,FS 3011 E)进行了分子结构及结晶行为的对比分析。结果表明:F 300 M等规度最高(96.4%),M_w最小(356 378),M_w/M_n最宽;F 300 M低相对分子质量部分更多,致使其结晶温度和熔融温度更高;F 300 M的挺度和光泽度与T 38 F相当,但是劣于FS 3011 E。The molecular structure and crystalliza- tion behavior of special resin for cigarette packing film F 300 M,T 38 F, FS 3011 E produced by Maoming Branch Company,Changsheng Petrochemi- cal Co Ltd in Yueyang, Hunan and the Polyolefin Company (Singapore) respectively were analyzed and compared by 13C - nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum, gel permeation chromatography, differenti- al scanning calorimetry and crystallization analysis fractionation. The results showed that the isotacticity of F 300 M was the highest 96.4% , it had the lowest relative molecular mass (356 378")and the widest relative molecular mass distribution. F 300 M had a higher proportion of low relative molecular mass, which caused a higher crystallization temperature and melting temperature. The deflection and glossi- ness of F 300 M was similar to those of T 38 F and inferior to those of FS 3011 E.
