摘 要:利用光学模拟软件分析了光伏玻璃表面减反和自洁SiO_2/TiO_2双层膜不同膜层厚度对透过率的影响,并对膜层厚度进行优化,获得理想的SiO_2/TiO_2膜厚度;根据理论分析结果在光伏玻璃上制备了SiO_2/TiO_2双层膜,测试了制备的双层膜的透过率及对甲基蓝的光降解效果,结果表明,通过控制SiO_2/TiO_2的膜层厚度,不仅对减反射膜的透过率影响较小,同时具备了自洁效果。Effect of SiO2/TiO2 anti-reflective and self-cleaning films thickness on light transmittance of PV glass was analyzed by optical simulation software, the results was optimized to acquire the ideal SiO2/TiO2 films thickness. Based on the analysis results, we prepared the SiO3/TiO2 double layer films on PV glass surface and tested its light transmittance and the photo catalytic degradation of methyl blue. The results show that the double layer films not only have self-cleaning property but also have little decrease in light transmittance of anti-reflection by controlling the SiO2/TiO2 films thickness.
