摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在为政府购买民间私人公益图书馆服务提供参考。[方法/过程]分析政府购买民间私人公益图书馆的意义及存在的问题,并提出改进方法。[结果/结论]政府购买民间私人公益图书馆服务既有利于弥补其在基层公共文化服务中的缺位,又有助于提升公共文化服务,促进公共文化更有效地传播,从而实现双赢。[Purpose/significance]The paper is to provide reference for government＇s purchasing private public library service.[Method/process]The paper analyzes the significances of government＇s purchasing private public library and existing problems, and presents improvement methods. [Result/conclusion]Government＇s purchasing private public library service is not only conducive to make up for its absence in grassroots public culture service, but also beneficial to improve public culture service and promote more effective transmission of public culture, so as to achieve win-win.
