逍遥散加减联合针灸治疗肝郁脾虚型月经不调

摘　　要：目的探讨逍遥散加减联合针灸为主治疗肝郁脾虚型月经不调的临床疗效。方法选取自2014年10月至2016年10月收治的肝郁脾虚型月经不调的患者136例,按照随机数字表法将患者分为常规组和治疗组,每组各68例。常规组采用单纯的性激素类化学药物治疗,治疗组在使用化学药物的基础上采用逍遥散加减联合针灸的治疗方案进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗1个疗程(28 d)后的临床疗效。结果治疗组的治疗有效率为97.1%,明显高于常规组的88.2%,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应的发生概率为11.8%,明显低于常规组的22.0%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论逍遥散加减联合针灸为主治疗肝郁脾虚型月经不调,可改善下丘脑-垂体-卵巢生殖轴中性激素的分泌水平,在使患者月经周期规律的同时,能减轻单纯使用化学药物所带来的不良反应,提高了患者的耐受程度,是治疗肝郁脾虚型月经不调的有效方法。Objective To investigate the treatment methods and clinical effect of the liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome of irregular menstruation through modified Xiaoyaosan decoction combined with acupuncture therapy. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 136 patients with irregular menstruation who were admitted from October 2014 to October 2016. Patients were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 68） and the treatment group（ n = 68）. Patients in the control group were singlely treated by sexual hormone,the others in treatment group were treated by modified Xiaoyaosan decoction combined with acupuncture therapy. These two groups of patients were compared after one course（ 28 days） of clinical curative effect. Results The effective rate in the control group was 97. 1%,in the control group was 88. 2%（ P〈0. 05）. The adverse reaction rate in the treatment group（ 11. 8%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（ 22. 0%）,all the differences had statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The treatment which is composed of modified Xiaoyaosan decoction combined with acupuncture therapy could improve the hormone level decided by the HPOA and it can not only regular the menstruation but also can reduce the side-effect due to the hormone and improve the tolerance of patients.
