彩色多普勒超声在急性孤立性小腿深静脉血栓中应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在急性孤立性小腿深静脉血栓诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取2016年1-12月收治的急性下肢深静脉主干血栓患者38例作为A组,急性孤立性小腿深静脉血栓患者38例作为B组。两组患者均给予彩色多普勒超声检查,比较两组超声诊断准确率。结果两组超声诊断准确率均较高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论应用彩色多普勒超声诊断急性孤立性小腿深静脉血栓准确率高,值得在临床检查诊断工作中推广应用。Objective To evaluate the value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of isolated deep venous thrombosis of the lower leg. Methods A retrospective study was performed on 38 cases of isolated calf vein thrombosis who were admitted from January 2016 to December 2016. Patients with IDDVT（ isolated distal deep-vein thrombosis）were divided into the study group; at the same time ,38 cases of patients with PDVT（ acute proximal deep-vein thrombosis）were divided into the control group. Two groups of patients were given color doppler ultrasound examination and were compared with ultrasound diagnosis accuracy. Results Two groups of ultra-sound diagnostic accuracy rate was high, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of isolated deep venous thrombosis of the lower leg has high accuracy, which is worth of clinical promotion.
