基于C^2R模型的公共财政支持陕西科技产业发展的绩效分析

摘　　要：根据C2R的思路，建立了公共财政支持科技产业发展的效率评价体系，以全国30个地区为例，综合分析了公共财政支持科技产业发展的效率，并对非C^2R有效的地区进行投影分析，对改进方向提出相应的建议，以期为我国公共财政支持科技产业的发展提供思考．Based on C2R, the efficiency evaluation system of the public financial supporting for the development of science and technology industry is established. Taking 30 regions as an example, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the efficiency of public financial supporting for the development of science and technology industry, also it does a projection analysis of the non-effective area of C2R, and puts forward corresponding suggestions in order to provide thoughts for public finance supporting for the development of science and technology industry in China.
