摘  要:目的:了解黑龙江省护理本科生职业认同现状,探讨其影响因素,为提高护理专业学生的职业认同水平提供依据。方法:采用护理本科生职业认同调查问卷对黑龙江省二所医学院校护理专业220名学生进行问卷调查。结果:护理本科生职业认同总分为(31.23±10.96分);其中"我目前的工作是我自我形象中很重要的一部分"得分最高为(3.58±1.016分),"我希望我的子女以后也从事这项工作"得分最低为(2.07±1.035分);其中读护理专业的原因、学生户籍所在地、老师对护理专业态度以及家庭成员中有无医护人员总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:护理本科生职业认同处于一般水平(其中6个条目得分低于均值3.262±2.208),因此应利用护生在校期间可塑性强的有利契机,以提高护生职业认同感为核心,探讨有效的教学模式。Objective:To understand the nursing undergraduate professional identity status of Heilongjiang province; and to discuss its influence factor in order to improve nursing care, and provide the basis for students' professional identity level. Methods: The nursing undergraduate professional identity questionnaires were designed for students majoring in nursing in two medical colleges in Heilongjiang province. The questionnaire survey was conducted among 220 students. Results: The total score of nursing undergraduate professional identity was (31.23 ± 10.96). The score of " My present work is an important part of my self- image" was the highest (3.58 ± 1.016). The score of "I want my child later also engaged in the work" was the lowest (2.07 ± 1. 035). The differences of the scores of the cause of choosing nursing major, students' census register, teachers' attitudes for nursing major, and census register for medical staff in the family members are statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: The professional identity of nursing undergraduate is on the general level ( including six items below average score (3. 262 ± 2. 208). Therefore, We should take advantage of the flexible period of nursing students in the school, and carry out effective teaching methods by improving the nursing students professional identity as the core.
