摘　　要：为推进医疗质量管理工作,医院基于全面质量管理理论对医疗质量管理体系进行了全流程内容设计,与专业软件公司合作开发了全数据集成的质量管理系统,并基于角色全覆盖实现各层级用户的功能需求全覆盖。为建立医院管理的长效机制,还需不断完善医疗质量管理体系建设,加强医院自身信息化建设。To promote the management of medical quality, the hospital designs the content of the whole process, cooperates with the software company to develop the quality management system based on the whole data integration, and achieves the full coverage of all levels of users according to the functional requirements. To establish the long-term mechanism of hospital management, the hospital also needs to constantly improve the construction of medical quality management system, and strengthen the construction of hospital information system.
