摘　　要：目的:构建患者移动服务平台,方便患者就医,缓解看病难问题。方法:整合微信公众号和支付宝服务窗两大入口,实现微信和支付宝就医的全流程贯通和主动消息推送,并加大宣传推广力度,提高患者使用率。结果:平台上线近半年以来,预约挂号、线上支付等指标呈现明显上升趋势,缓解了老百姓看病难问题,深受广大患者欢迎。结论:患者移动服务平台对改善患者就医体验,增强居民对健康医疗服务的及时性和公平性起到了积极作用。Objective： To build patient mobile service platform, facilitates patients with medical treatment, ease of medical treatment difficult problem. Methods： To integrate WeChat and Alipay, the public service window of two entrance, WeChat and Alipay medical treatment through the whole process and actively push messages, and increase promotional efforts, improve the utilization rate of patients. Results： Since the platform for six months, booking registration, online payment and other indicators showed a significant upward trend, ease the problem of people difficult to see a doctor, welcomed by the majority of patients. Conclusion： Patient mobile service platform plays an active role in improving patient experience and enhancing residents＇ timeliness and fairness to health care services.
