摘 要:通过压缩疲劳和拉伸疲劳试验对丁腈橡胶(NBR)耐疲劳性能进行研究。结果表明:随着压缩疲劳次数增大,硫化胶的硬度、永久变形和温升均在疲劳前期迅速增大,随着压缩时间延长,增速减缓;随着拉伸疲劳次数增大,硫化胶的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率先增大后减小,总交联密度减小,10 min时的应力松弛系数和2 min时的应力松弛系数变化趋势相同,均先减小后增大最后趋于稳定。The fatigue resistance of NBR was investigated by compressive and tensile fatigue tests. The results showed that, when the number of compression fatigue cycles increased, the hardness, permanent set and temperature rise of the vulcanizates increased rapidly in the early stage of fatigue,and the increases slowed down. When the number of tensile fatigue cycles increased, the modulus at 300% elongation, tensile strength and elongation at break increased first and then decreased,the total crosslink density decreased, the stress relaxation coefficients at 10 min (σ10/σ0) and 2 min (σ2/σ0) both decreased firstly,then increased, and finally reached stable values, respectively.
