摘　　要：本文详细论述了废钢二料场区域物料信息精细化管理。工艺流程为过衡车辆具备原始皮重,司机不需要卸货,根据生产需要称量各种物料,将上次的毛重信息作为当前的皮重信息,多次称重,在最后一次称重完成时一并统计每次称重计算的净重,最终生成一张净重汇总统计单据,实现各种物料信息精细化统计计算,更好的为二级单位统计原料信息提供基础数据。此系统的使用得到了用户的肯定。This paper discusses the scrap yard area material the elaborating management information. Process for scale vehicles have original tare weight, the driver does not need to discharge, according to the production need to weigh a variety of materials, will be the last time the gross weight of information as the tare weight, weighing, many times in the last time the weighing is complete statistics every time weighing net weight calculation, along with all the final statistics generated a net documents, realize all kinds of material information sophisticated statistical computing, better raw material information provides the basis for the secondary unit statistics. Received the aftirmation of the user by use of the system.
