摘 要:实验采用挤压成形工艺,通过加入TiO_2-MgO-MnO_2复相烧结助剂,在1 300℃烧结温度下采用固态粒子烧结法制备出单管式α-Al_2O_3陶瓷膜支撑体。研究了TiO_2-MgO-MnO_2复相烧结助剂对α-Al_2O_3陶瓷管支撑体性能的影响。在添加3%TiO_2和1.5%MnO_2的情况下,对比添加不同质量分数的MgO对α-Al_2O_3陶瓷管支撑体性能的影响。实验通过SEM、XRD、三点弯曲法、质量损失法、液体静力称重法、自制纯水通量测定装置等方法对α-Al_2O_3陶瓷管支撑体样品的微观形貌、物相组成、机械强度、抗酸碱性、孔隙率、纯水通量等性能进行分析表征。研究结果表明:该复相烧结助剂能有效促进氧化铝陶瓷烧结,在1 300℃下Al_2O_3+3%TiO_2+1.5%MnO_2+0.5%MgO体系烧结效果最好,晶体分布均匀,此时样品的抗折强度为77.63MPa,孔隙率为35.71%,纯水通量达到6 741.53L/m2·h·MPa,酸/碱腐蚀重量损失率为1.02%/0.99%。In this experiment, single--tube α-Al2O3 ceramic support body was prepared at the temperature of 1 300 ℃ as- sisted by TiO2- MgO--MnO2 multiphase sintering additive using extrusion molding and sintering the solid particles. We studied the effect of TiO2- MgO--MnO2 multiphase sintering additive on the properties of α-Al2O3 ceramic support. In the case of adding 3%TiO2 , 1.5%MnO2 , and we compared the effects of adding different mass fraction of MgO and its content on the properties of α-Al2O3 ceramic support. The microstructure, phase composition, mechanical strength, acid and alkali corrosion resistant, porosity and pure water flux of samples were characterized by SEM, XRD, three point ben- ding method, mass loss method, liquid static weighing method and homemade device for pure water flux. The results showed that the multiphase sintering additive could effectively promote the alumina ceramic sintering. And when sintering temperature was 1 300℃, the sintering effect of alumina ceramic support with adding 3%TiO2 , 1.5% MnO2, 0.5%MgO was best. And the sintered alumina ceramic support had a uniformly crystal distribution. The bending strength was 77.63 MPa, the porosity of prepared sample was 35.71%, the pure water flux was 6 741.53 L/m2 · h · MPa, and acid/base cor- rosion weight loss rate was 1.02%/0.99%.
