摘　　要：结合厚壁钛制塔器的结构特点,从塔体、内件的排版和下料,封头成形,塔体组装以及焊接和保护等方面,进行了较全面的阐述,可为同类设备的制造提供借鉴和参考。Combining with the structural characteristics of thick-walled titanium tower, the paper gives a comprehensive description of the layout and blanking of tower body and internals, the forming of tower head, the assembly of tower body, the welding and protection of tower body and internals, which can provide a reference for manufacturing similar equipment.
