摘 要:采用免疫组化SP法结合IPP统计分析法,比较高原地区成年藏绵羊和小尾寒羊附睾组织中eNOS的定位及分布特征。结果显示,eNOS在藏绵羊及小尾寒羊附睾各部分间质及血管壁均有表达,藏绵羊管腔上皮未见表达,而在小尾寒羊主要定位于附睾各部分管腔上皮。平均光密度值统计表明,eNOS在藏绵羊附睾尾部显著高于附睾头和附睾体(P<0.05),小尾寒羊附睾体eNOS的表达显著高于藏绵羊(P<0.05)。本研究提示在高原低氧环境中eNOS参与血管舒缩调节附睾局部微循环对氧的摄取;eNOS在小尾寒羊附睾管腔上皮的强表达可能是附睾微环境低氧应激反应的一个方面,它在高原地区动物附睾的调节机制有待于进一步研究。Immunohistochemical SP method combined with Image-Pro Plus was used to compare the distribution of eNOS in the epididymis of adult Tibetan sheep and Small-Tail Han sheep. The results showed that eNOS was expressed in the stroma and the vessel wall in all parts of the epididymis both in adult Tibetan sheep and Small-Tail Han sheep. There was no expression of eNOS in Tibetan sheep luminal epithelium but mainly expressed in the epididymis epithelium of Small-Tail Han sheep. The AOD data showed that eNOS in the cauda epididymis was significantly higher than that of the caput and corpus epididymis of Small-Tail Han sheep (P〈0.05),and the eNOS in the corpus epididymis of Small-Tail Han sheep was sign- ificantly higher than that of Tibetan sheep(P〈0.05). This study suggests that the eNOS may participate in the epididymis local vasomotor regulation for oxygen intake of microcirculation in the plateau low oxygen environment; the high expression of eNOS in Small-Tail Han sheep epididymis luminal epithelium may be one of the bypoxia stress in epididymal microenvironment. This study could serve as a meaningful index for the further research of the regulatory mechanism in plateau animal epididymis.
