摘 要:新型多层钢木混合结构是在钢框架上铺设木楼盖和木剪力墙而形成的一种新的建筑结构,这种结构形式兼具钢框架结构体系效率高及木楼盖和木剪力墙抗剪切变形能力强的优点;木剪力墙替代柱间钢支撑使建筑平面更加规整,可用于多层乃至小高层房屋。通过对不同组合形式的钢木混合结构进行pushover分析和非线性动力时程分析,来研究这种新型结构体系中剪力墙的抗侧力作用。结果表明,木剪力墙不仅能够有效的减小混合结构的自振周期和地震作用下的层间位移角,同时还能提高混合结构的抗侧刚度、抗侧承载力和延性。这种混合结构中,钢框架和木剪力墙可以共同工作,在地震作用下体现出较好的抗侧力性能。The muhi-story timber-steel hybrid structure is a new structural system which is composed of steel frame, wooden floor and wood shear walls. This structural system combines the high efficiency of steel frame and high in-plane stiffness of wooden diaphragm and shear wall , the plan-out of the structure can be more neater, so it can be applied to construction of multi-level and even high-rise houses. The lateral performance of this hybrid structure was investigated by pushover analysis and nonlinear time history analysis in this paper. The results show that wood shear walls not only can effectively reduce the fundamental period and the inter- story drift, but also increases the rigidity, strength and ductility of the hybrid structure. The steel frame and wood shear wall can work as an integrity to resist lateral load, showing a desirable seismic performance.
