摘　　要：党的十八大以来,习近平立足新的时代要求,就坚持党对军队绝对领导作出了一系列重要论述,提出了许多新思想新观点。他认为党对军队绝对领导是人民军队的军魂和命根子,是确保党长期执政、国家长治久安的根本法宝,永远不能变、永远不能丢。他要求坚持党对军队绝对领导必须做到态度特别鲜明、行动特别坚决,要达到"绝对"二字要求、做到"三个绝对";必须自觉、坚定地贯彻执行党对军队绝对领导的制度安排,特别是要自觉维护和坚决落实军委主席负责制、全面落实党委统一的集体领导下的首长分工负责制;要旗帜鲜明抵制"军队非党化、非政治化"和"军队国家化"错误政治观点的影响。他强调要坚持在深入推进政治建军、改革强军、依法治军"三个重大战略"中加强巩固党对军队的绝对领导。Since the 18 th CPC National Congress, Xi Jinping has made a series of important statements on the CPC's absolute leadership over the army in response to the demand of the new age, proposing many new ideas. He held that the party's leadership over the army was definitely the soul and pillar of people's army as well as the ultimate weapon for maintaining the CPC's long-term administration and national ever-lasting security which could never be changed or dropped off. He insisted that sticking to the absolute CPC's leadership over the army should involve explicit attitude, resolute action, 'ultimate goals' and 'three absolutes'. The army must consciously and staunchly carry forward the CPC's absolute leadership over the army in terms of the institutional arrangement, consciously safeguard and firmly practice the system of the Military Commission Chairman responsibility, fully implement the system of labor division with leader's individual responsibility under Party committee's united and collective leadership, and boycott the influence of the incorrect political ideas like 'non-party or non-political army' and 'civilian control of the military'. Xi stressed that we should consolidate the CPC's absolute leadership over the army by further promoting the three great strategies of'military construction by politics, military upgrading by reform, military governance by rule of law'.
