摘　　要：法理控制两少一宽的措施多种多样,诸如行为法治思维化,结果法治过程化,核心刑事法治化,初步形成理论法治、实践刑法、道德理性和法理科学的整体防控系统。这既有现实原因,又有理论根据;既有实在法根据,又有自然法原理;既有法理基础,又有法治根基,还有道德哲学精神支持;既有法治性控制,又有道德性控制。所以,法理控制有学理基础,法治总体控制有原则,法治价值控制有标准,刑法哲学控制有精神,善良理性控制有核心,刑事法治控制有路径。据之,既有法治控制方法,又有刑法哲学精神控制理念,还有善良理性的道德控制手段。The juridical control of Two Less and One Wide has varieties of methods,such as legalization of behavior,results of process of rule of law,and criminal legalization,so that they initially form overall preventive and controlling system including theorical rule of law,practical criminal law,moral rationality and juridical science. There are both realistic reasons and theoretical basis; both positive law basis and natural law principle; both juridical basis and rule of law basis as well as moral philosophy's spiritual support; both rule of law control and moral control. Therefore,this paper argues that juridical control has theoretical basis,general control of rule of law has principles,rule of law value's control has standards,and criminal philosophy's control has spirits,good and rational control has cores,criminal control has pathes. Accordingly,there are not only controlling methods of rule of law,but also spiritual control of criminal philosophy,as well as control means of good and rational morality.
