工业废弃地的景观再生——以昆明108智库为例

摘　　要：随着中国城市化进程的需要,产业结构的转变,传统意义上的工业社会已经慢慢消失在人们视野中,并在城市或郊野中遗留下大量的工业废弃地。这些工业废弃地见证历史变迁是重要的工业遗产,其蕴含的工业景观不仅值得深入挖掘研究,而且还具备显著的改造与再利用的价值。城市工业废弃地的再利用方式可能多种多样,而Loft创意产业园作为工业遗产保护再利用的一种有效方式,它是在中国利用城市工业废弃地一种较早的也是较为成功的方式。本文以昆明108智库为例,来分析研究其改造策略,以及景观设计的关键要素,为工业废弃地改造与再利用提供参考。With the development of urbanization and the change of industrial structure in China, the traditional industrial society has gradually disappeared in people＇s vision, and instead of a large number of abandoned industrial land. These industrial wasteland which witnessed the historical changes of the times is an important industrial heritage, its rich industrial landscape is not only worthy of our in-depth mining research, but also has a significant transformation and utilization value. City Industrial Wasteland reuse may be diverse, an effective way of Loft Creative Industry Park as the industrial heritage protection and utilization, it is in the use of China City Industrial Wasteland an early and successful way to Kunming, so the 108 tank as an example, to analyze the transformation strategy, and the key elements of landscape design, to provide reference for the reconstruction and reuse of industrial wasteland.
