腹腔镜Roux-en-Y胃旁路术治疗2型糖尿病围手术期的护理

摘　　要：目的:总结对于2型糖尿病患者实施腹腔镜Roux-en-Y胃旁路术治疗期间的围手术期护理措施。方法:将笔者所在医院于2014年4月-2015年4月收治的54例2型糖尿病患者,按照随机数字表法将其划分为对照组与围手术期组,每组27例,两组患者均接受腹腔镜Rouxen-Y胃旁路术治疗,对照组患者接受手术期间一般护理流程,围手术期组接受术前、术中及术后等全程护理措施,观察满意度评价。结果:对照组患者临床服务满意度为66.67%,围手术期组为88.89%,对照组明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于2型糖尿病肥胖患者而言,实施腹腔镜Roux-en-Y胃旁路术手术治疗,做好围手术期护理措施,患者均对临床服务感到满意。Objective： To summarize the measures of perioperative nursing care for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus treated by laparoscopic Rouxen-Y gastric bypass Method： 54 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to the author＇s hospital from April 2014 to April 2015 were divided into control group and perioperative period group as random number method, with 27 cases of each group.The patients in both groups were treated with laparoscope Roux-en-Y gastric bypass, the control group was given general nursing process, the perioperative period group was given whole nursing measures, the satisfaction assessment of the two groups were observed.Result： The satisfaction rate of the control group was 66.67%, and the perioperative period group was 88.89%, the control group was significantly lower, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： For patients with type 2 diabetes obese patients, the implementation of laparoscopic Roux-en-Y gastric bypass surgery and perioperative care measures, patients are satisfied with the clinical services.
