高龄白内障日间手术患者细化优质护理措施的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:评价高龄白内障日间手术患者细化优质护理措施的效果。方法:2016年3月笔者所在医院收治的高龄白内障日间手术患者110例作为研究对象,按照护理方式分为对照组和研究组。对照组55例,采用常规护理,研究组55例,采用细节化优质护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果:对照组术后并发症发生率为16.4%,高于研究组的3.6%;研究组健康知识评分高于对照组;研究组患者对护理服务满意度为98.2%,高于对照组的85.5%。两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:高龄白内障日间手术患者采用细节化优质护理能够减少术后并发症的发生,提高护理质量和患者对护理服务满意度,具有在临床中应用推广的价值。Objective： To evaluate the effect of high-quality nursing care in senile cataract patients undergoing day surgery.Method： In March 2016, 110 cases of senile cataract surgery were selected and divided into control group and study group according to the nursing method.The control group（55 cases） was treated with routine nursing, and the study group（55 cases） was treated with high-quality nursing care, the care results of two groups were compared.Result： In the control group, the complication rate was 16.4%, higher than that the study group with 3.6%.The health knowledge score of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The satisfaction rate of nursing service was 98.2% in the study group, higher than 85.5% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conelusion： The high-quality of nursing care can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications, improve the quality of nursing care and satisfaction of nursing service for patients with senile cataract surgery.It is worthy of popularizing in clinical practice.
