舒适护理在输尿管结石患者行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗围术期的应用价值探讨

摘　　要：目的:探究分析舒适护理在输尿管结石患者行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗围术期的应用价值。方法:选取2015年12月-2016年9月在笔者所在医院接受输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗的输尿管结石患者64例进行研究,随机分为对照组及观察组,每组32例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施舒适护理,对比两组患者术前应激状态、术后舒适度、疼痛程度及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者术前应激状态情况、术后舒适度、疼痛程度及护理满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在输尿管结石患者行输尿管镜气压弹道碎石术治疗围术期的应用效果显著。Objective： To explore the application value of comfort nursing in the treatment of ureteral calculi patients with ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy perioperative.Method： 64 cases of ureteral calculi patients accepting ureteroscopy pneumatic lithotripsy for treatment in the author＇s hospital from December 2015 to September 2016 were selected, randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comfort nursing, the preoperative stress state, postoperative comfort level, pain and nursing satisfaction of two groups were compared.Result： The preoperative stress state, postoperative comfort leve｜, pain and nursing satisfaction of observation group were better than the control group, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： The application of comfort nursing in patients with ureteral calculi during ureteroseopic pneumatic lithotripsy is effective.
