摘　　要：以某1450 mm热连轧线粗轧机压下装置为例,从设备结构、支承辊平衡压力、工作辊平衡压力、润滑等方面分析了压下螺母磨损原因,对类似设备的设计、使用和维护有一定的借鉴作用。The paper takes the screw-down system of a 1450 mm Hot Strip Mill for example to analyze what causes the wear of the screw-down nut from the respective of the equipment structure, backup roll balancing pressure, work roll balancing pressure and lubrication, which can be referenced for the design, operation and maintenance of similar equipment.
