摘  要:以无刷励磁同步发电机为研究对象,根据流体力学和传热学理论,建立了三维流体场和三维温度场耦合的计算模型,并采用有限体积法计算了额定工况下电机的温度分布。通过样机的部分实验数据与仿真结果的对比,验证了该无刷励磁同步发电机设计的合理性。Taking the synchronous generator with brushless exciter as research subject, the calculating model of 3D fluid field & 3D temperature coupling field were es- tablished based upon fluid dynamics and heat transfer theo- ry while temperature distribution of the generator under rat- ed operation was calculated by means of the finite volume method. Through comparison between parts of the test data of prototypes and simulation result, the feasibility of this design of synchronous generator with brushless exciter was verified.
