摘　　要：通过对中国数百家房地产企业全面持续的考察调研,本文全面地分析了中国房地产业整体的可持续发展转型进程,并从政策、市场和产业链等多个角度论述了中国房地产走向绿色低碳的必然。Through the comprehensive and continuous investigation and study of hundreds of real estate enterprises in China, this paper analyzes the process of sustainable development of China＇ s real estate industry and discusses the inevitability of this sustainable transformation from the perspectives of policy, market and industrial chain.
