摘　　要：针对冀东滨海盐碱区的生态条件,以早熟、抗逆、优质等综合性状优良的转基因棉花新品种培育为目标,结合生态育种、分子育种和杂交聚合育种手段,选育出了高产、抗逆棉花新杂交种冀8158。该品种纤维品质优良,上半部绒长30.0 mm,断裂比强度31.4 cN/tex,马克隆值5.2,综合指标达到Ⅱ型品种标准;抗旱耐盐性强,产量优势明显,霜前皮棉较对照鲁棉研21号增产7.74%,居参试品种第1位。采用SSR分子标记技术进行亲本原原种纯度检验筛选,大幅提高了杂交种子纯度。In view of the ecological condition in the eastern coastal saline area of Hebei Province, cotton breeding objective has been set up for excellent comprehensive properties improvement such as early maturity, stress-resistant, superior quality. Combined ecological breeding, molecular breeding and hybrid breeding methods, new cotton hybrid Ji8158 was bred. Its fiber quality was excellent, which upper fiber length was 30.0 mm, the fiber strength was 31.4 cN/tex, and the micronaire was 5.2, comprehensive index reach the standard of type II variety. Its production advantage was obviously, along with high drought resistance and salt tolerance. Compared with CK variety Lumianyan21, its lint yield before the frost increased by 7.74%, ranks the first in all testing varieties. Using SSR molecular marker technology for screening of parents original seed purity, the purity of hy- brid seeds were improved greatly.
