西北半干旱地区现代农业区域示范效应的影响因素分析——以4个国家现代农业科技园区为例

摘　　要：受区域特征和资源禀赋的影响,区域示范在发展现代农业方面起着非常关键的作用。以陕西、甘肃、宁夏和青海4省(区)的4个国家级现代农业示范园区为主要对象,运用因子分析方法对影响区域示范的主要因素进行分析,发现示范要素的投入和示范推广活动两大因素对现代农业示范效应影响显著,而在现代农业示范过程中对影响效应比较间接的因素重视不足。因此,要提升西北半干旱地区现代农业的区域示范效应,应重视科研投入、科技培训与专业化农民的培训等,构建政府和市场应恰当分工与合作体系是突破现代农业区域示范障碍性因素的重要途径。The characteristics of the affected area and natural resources,the regional demonstration plays a key role in the development of modern agriculture.In four state-level modern agricultural demonstration zone in Shanxi,Gansu,Ningxia and Qinghai Provinces as the main objects,using factor analysis methods to extract and summarize its main factors affecting the regional demonstration and found the demonstration element inputs and two demonstration activities big factors on modern agriculture demonstration effect significant,but in the modern agricultural demonstration during the course of more indirect factors effect insufficient attention.Therefore,to enhance the effect of regional demonstration of modern agriculture in semi-arid areas of northwest should pay attention to scientific research,technical training and professional training of farmers,then,the government and the market should build proper division of labor and cooperation system is a breakthrough in modern agriculture demonstration.
