军队院校实验室建设中军民融合问题探究

摘　　要：采用军民融合发展方式,建设了消声风洞实验室,探索了军民融合发展在军队院校实验室建设中的实现形式。由消声风洞实验室的建设经验可见,在军民融合发展的大背景下,军队院校实验室的建设,需要军民双方有共同的利益前提和合作基础,并在实践中摸索良好的合作模式,以达到双赢的效果。同时,军队院校实验室军民融合发展的过程中也需要解决制度不完善的问题,克服人员投入不充足的困难。Exploration has been done in constructing of the military academy＇s laboratory which named anechoic tunnel by integrating of the military and civil sectors. It can be found that common interest and cooperate foundation are needed when the military academy＇s laboratory is constructing in the form of civil-military integration, and the appropriate cooperate mode should be explored in order to achieve winwin situation. There exist some problems such as faultiness in system, staff shortage when we promote integrated military and civilian development of military academy＇s laboratory construction.
