摘　　要：目的探讨喘乐宁联合布地奈德对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能的影响。方法选取我院2015年7月至2016年4月收治的70例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组口服氨茶碱,观察组采用布地奈德联合喘乐宁治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的肺功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,两组患者的肺功能指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的肺功能指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论喘乐宁联合布地奈德可有效改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的肺功能指标,缓解其临床症状,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of ventolin combined with budesonide on pulmonary function in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 70 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from July 2015 to April 2016 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received oral aminophylline, while the observation group received budesonide combined with ventolin. The pulmonary function indicators before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between two groups. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found in the pulmonary function indicators between two groups （P〉0.05）. After treatment, the pulmonary fimction indicators of observation group were better than those of control group, with statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, with statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Ventolin combined with budesonide can effectively improve pulmonary function indicators of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and relieve their clinical symptoms with high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
