摘 要:目的探讨微创手术治疗手部屈肌腱损伤患者的效果。方法选取我院2012年7月至2015年11月收治的88例手部屈肌腱损伤患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各44例。对照组采用传统修复术,实验组采用微创手术。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组的治疗优良率为88.64%,显著高于对照组的65.91%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的不良反应发生率为2.27%,显著低于对照组的20.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的功能独立性评分均明显提高(P<0.05),且实验组的功能独立性评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微创手术治疗手部屈肌腱损伤效果较好,不良反应少,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of patients with hand flexor tendon injury. Methods 88 cases of patients with hand flexor tendon injury admitted to our hospital from July 2012 to November 2015 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received traditional repair, while the experimental group received minimally invasive surgery. The clinical effect of two groups was observed. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment of experimental group was 88.64%, significantly higher than 65.91% of control group, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of experimental group was 2.27%, significantly lower than 20.45% of control group, with statistical difference (P 〈0.05). After treatment, the functional independence score of both groups significantly increased (P 〈0.05), and the functional independence score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Minimally invasive surgery in the treatment of hand flexor tendon injury has better effect, fewer adverse reactions and higher clinical application value.
