摘　　要：1978年6月,中央政治局听取和讨论了三个出境考察报告,有力推动了改革开放决策的出台。但是,对外经济考察,学习借鉴境外发展经验,是一个庞大的、复杂的综合性工程,而目前研究中却存在简单化、符号化的倾向。通过对20世纪70年代末80年代初对外经济考察的系统梳理,可以展现出中国兼收并蓄,汲取世界各国各地区先进经验,探索中国现代化建设路径和社会主义道路的复杂面貌。这是探求改革开放成功的"基因密码"和"中国奇迹"何以发生不可忽视的因素。In June 1978, the central Political Bureau listened to and discussed three reports about study abroad, which actively promoted the reform and opening-up decision. The economic investigations abroad and learning from foreign experiences represented huge, complex, and comprehensive undertakings, but the existing studies tended to be simplistic and symbolic. By focusing on foreign economic investigations in the late 1970s and early 1980s, we show that China eclectically learned from the advanced experiences of various regions in the world, and we reveal the complex features of Chinese modernization and its socialist road. This was the ＂genetic code＂ of the reform and opening-up policy and an important factor in the success of the Chinese miracle.
