摘 要:通过浮选试验、接触角测定和Zeta电位测试等手段,研究了硅酸钠在煤泥浮选中的降灰效果以及对细泥的抑制机理。试验结果表明:在硅酸钠用量为1000g/t时,对细泥的抑制和分散效果最好,精煤中细泥含量最少,精煤灰分降低了1.91个百分点;接触角测定结果显示,浮选中添加了硅酸钠后,浮选精煤的接触角增大,达到108.84°,显著提高了浮选精煤的疏水性;Zeta电位检测结果表明,pH值为中性时,与硅酸钠作用后,低灰煤泥和高灰细泥表面电位分别降低了7mV和16.9mV,增大了两者间的静电斥力,有效减弱了高灰细泥在低灰煤颗粒表面的吸附。The effect of sodium silicate on ash reducing in coal slime flotation and the inhibition mechanism of fine mud were investigated by flotation test, contact angle test and Zeta potential test. The experiment results show that the inhibition of fine mud, dispersion effect is the best, the content of fine mud in clean coal is the least and the ash content reduced by 1.91 percentage points with 1000 g/t Na2 SiO3. the results of contact angle test show that the contact angle of clean coal increases to 108.84° with sodium silicate, the hydrophobic of clean coal have been improved significantly. According to the results of Zeta potential test, the surface potential of low-ash coal slime and high-ash fine mud decreases 7 mV and 16.9 mV in presence of sodium silicate with neutral pH. The electrostatic repulsion between the two minerals increase and high-ash fine mud adsorbed on the surface at low- ash coal reduce effectively.
