摘 要:随着国内铝加工行业专业技术力量的发展壮大,铝板带生产工艺及装备的国产化程度得到了大幅提高。以国内某宽幅大规格高精度铝板带轧制项目为例,从产品方案、工艺流程、设备选型及工艺布置等方面介绍了国产化铝板带热轧、冷轧工艺和设备特点。该项目在宽幅大规格高精度铝板带生产设备及技术领域实现了真正意义上的国产化,其建设模式及经验值得在同类项目中推广借鉴。As domestic aluminum processing technology becomes booming, the process and equipment of aluminum plate and sheet production depends more on China's own strength. The example has been taken from a domestic rolling project of wide-large-sized and high-pre- cision aluminum plate and sheet. The features of domestic aluminum hot rolling process, cold rolling process and equipment are introduced in the aspects of product scheme, process flow, equipment selection and layout. As this project is totally localized in equipment and technology, its construction mode and experience can be set as a reference in similar projects.
