腹腔镜胆总管探查术后应用自制胆总管内引流管一期缝合的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较腹腔镜胆总管探查术后放置T型管与自制胆总管内引流管的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院12例腹腔镜胆总管探查术后放置自制胆总管内引流管一期缝合患者(观察组)的病例资料,以12例同期行腹腔镜胆总管探查术后放置T型管的患者作为对照组,比较两组术后3天血淀粉酶、直接胆红素、转氨酶、胆总管宽度、胆囊窝积液及腹腔引流量等指标并进行统计学分析。结果观察组与对照组术后3天血淀粉酶、直接胆红素、转氨酶、胆总管宽度、胆囊窝积液及腹腔引流量等指标差异均无显著性(P>0.05),自制胆总管内引流管引流效果可靠。结论腹腔镜胆总管探查术后留置自制胆总管内引流管后一期缝合可作为胆总管探查术后的选择方案之一。Objective to compare laparoscopic common bile duct exploration postoperative placed T tube with homemade bile total tube drainage tube curative effect. Methods retrospective analysis of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration in 12 cases placed homemade bile duct drainage tube, and in the same period of laparoscopic common bile duct exploration and T tube placement 12 cases as control group, two groups were compared after three days of blood amylase, direct bilirubin, aspartate transaminase, width of common bile duct and gallbladder fossa fluid indicators, and statistical analysis. Results statistical analysis of the experimental group and control group not significant, the homemade bile total tube drainage tube drainage effect is reliable. Conclusion In our hospital in laparoscopic common bile duct exploration indwelling home-made complications detected in 12 cases of clinical observation, the drainage tube indwelling T tube with the same period compared with cases There was no significant difference.
