丹鹿胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察丹鹿胶囊治疗乳腺增生的疗效和安全性。方法将2016年1~3月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院就诊的120例乳腺增生患者随机分成3组,每组40例,分别给予逍遥丸、三苯氧胺、丹鹿胶囊治疗,治疗疗程均为3个月。比较各组间的疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果逍遥丸组、三苯氧胺组、丹鹿胶囊组的治疗总有效率分别是60.0%、92.5%和87.5%,三苯氧胺组和丹鹿胶囊组总有效率明显高于逍遥丸组(P<0.05),三苯氧胺组和丹鹿胶囊组总有效率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05);逍遥丸组、三苯氧胺组、丹鹿胶囊组的不良反应发生率分别为2.5%、22.5%和5.0%,逍遥丸组和丹鹿胶囊组不良反应发生率明显低于三苯氧胺组(P<0.05),逍遥丸组和丹鹿胶囊组不良反应发生率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论丹鹿胶囊治疗乳腺增生的临床疗效较高,不良反应较少。Objective It is to observe the clinical effects and safety of Danlu capsule. Method 120 cases of patients with mammary hyperplasia were divided into 3 groups randomly： group Xiaoyao, group TAM and group Danlu, which were treated with Xiaoyao pill, TAM and Danlu capsule respectively. All the treatment courses were 3 months. The clinical effects and adverse reactions were compared in all the groups. Result The total effective rates of group Xiaoyao, group TAM and group Danlu were 60.0%, 92.5% and 87.5% respectively, and the rates of group TAM and group Danlu were significantly higher than that of group Xiaoyao （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference in the rate between group TAM and group Danlu （P〉0.05）. The occurrence rates of adverse reactions of group Xiaoyao, group TAM and group Danlu were2.5%, 22.5% and 5.0% respectively, and the rates of adverse reactions of group Xiaoyao and group Danlu were significantly lower than group TAM （P〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference in the rate between group Xiaoyao and group Danlu （P〉 0.05）. Conclusion Danlu capsule is more effective in mammary hvperlalasia and less adverse reactions.
