摘 要:钢液中夹杂物间的物理碰撞是微细夹杂物凝聚长大并上浮去除的基础。基于模糊聚类法对夹杂物尺寸分组,并计算凝聚态夹杂物的碰撞聚合能力。研究结果表明:在一定温度、时间内,粒径小于1μm球形夹杂物组成的凝聚体其布朗碰撞聚合能力与其粒径成反比;粒径为1~100μm球形夹杂物组成的凝聚体,其斯托克斯和湍流碰撞聚合能力均与凝聚体致密度成反比,与发生碰撞的2个凝聚体的尺寸差、钢液搅拌能成正比;斯托克斯碰撞主要发生在粒径为1.00~1.25和10~25μm、1.00~1.85和25~30μm、1~5和30~50μm、1.0~16.5和50~1 000μm的球形夹杂物组成的凝聚体之间;湍流碰撞主要发生在粒径为1~100和1~10μm球形夹杂物组成的凝聚体之间;二者共同作用的区域是粒径为50.8~100.0μm和小于1μm球形夹杂组成的凝聚体之间。The physical collision among inclusions in liquid steel is the basis of agglomeration and removal of non-metallic inclusions. The inclusions were grouped by the fuzzy clustering method to calculate the collision polymerization capacity of condensed matter inclusions. The results show that the collision polymerization ca- pacity of Brownian motion of the condensed matter inclusions composed of the spherical inclusions with size of less than 1 μm presents an inverse relationship with the size of inclusion. And the collision polymerization capacity of Stokes and turbulent motion of the condensed matter inclusions composed of the spherical inclu- sions with size of 1- 100 μm present inversely proportional to density of condensed matter inclusion and pro- portional to the size difference between two condensed matter inclusions and agitation energy of liquid steel. The Stokes collision mostly occurs among the condensed matter inclusions composed of the spherical inclu- sions with sizeof 1.00- 1. 25 and 10- 25 μm, 1. 00- 1. 85 and 25- 30 μm, 1-5 and 30-- 50 μm, 1. 0-16. 5 and 50- 1 000 μm. The turbulent collision mostly occurs among the condensed matter inclu- sions composed of the spherical inclusions with size of 1-100 and 1-10μm. The common advantage areas of them are the condensed matter inclusions composed of the spherical inclusions with size of 50. 8- 100.0 μm and less than 1μm.
