摘 要:目的建立大气颗粒物PM_(2.5)中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)的超高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器测定法。方法空气样品滤膜经乙腈密封超声提取,以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,过Waters ACQUITY UPLC~BEH Shield RP18色谱柱(2.1 mm×150 mm,1.7μm),超高效液相色谱法测定,反相色谱法梯度淋洗分离后,二极管阵列检测器检测。结果在10~1 000μg/L的范围内,所得16种PAHs的回归方程均呈良好的线性关系良好(r>0.999 9)。方法的检出限为0.5~6.0μg/L,平均回收率为88.9%~119.4%,RSD为0.3%~4.9%。结论该方法操作简单,灵敏高,分析速度快,适用于空气中16种PAHs的监测。Objective To establish an ultra performance liquid chromatography (UPLC) method for the determination of 16 kinds of polyeyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in atmospheric PM2.5. Methods The air sample was adsorbed by filter membrane and extracted with acetonitrile ultrasonic,then PAHs were separated by ACQU1TY UPLC BEH Shield RP18 column with acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase for gradient elution, and detected by the photo-diode array detector (PDA). Results In the range of 10-1 000 μg/L, a good linearity was found for 16 PAHs. The average recoveries ranged from 88.9% to 119.4% ,the relative standard deviations were 0.3%-4.9% ,the LODs were 0.5-6.0 μg/L. Conclusion The UPLC method established in the present paper is applicable to the determination of 16 PAHs in atmospheric PM2.5 with the advantages of simple, high sensitivity and auick.
